Milk (whole)

Parmesan (grated)

Italian pork sausage (ground)

Tomatoes (canned, peeled)
1/10 bunch
Basil (fresh)
1/4 clove

- Step 1
Add the sausage meat and grated garlic to a hot pan. - Step 2
Season with salt & pepper and mix for 5 minutes on high heat. - Step 3
Add the canned tomatoes, mix and cook for another 5 minutes. - Step 4
After 5 minutes, add the basil, mix and cook on low while preparing the polenta. - Step 5
Boil the milk in a pot. - Step 6
Once the milk is hot, slowly add the polenta while stirring with a whisk. Continue to whisk for 3-4 minutes, until creamy. - Step 7
Season with salt & pepper, add the grated parmesan and a little more milk if too thick. - Step 8
Serve the polenta in dishes with the ragu on top. Add some extra grated parmesan and basil. Enjoy!
