    Preheat the oven to 240°C. Lay the pizza dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Step 2
    Spread the ricotta over the dough, leaving a border around the edges. Season with salt & pepper.
  • Step 3

    Remove the pizza from the oven. Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Season with salt & pepper. Mangia!
