Cook the pasta according to the instructions. - Step 2
Shell the pistachios and pit the olives if necessary. In the blender, add: pistachios, olives, degermed garlic, basil (keep 2 or 3 leaves for decoration), 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil per person, salt and pepper. Mix everything for 15 sec / speed 5. - Step 3
Once the pasta is ready, drain and rinse with cold water. Add the pesto and mix. Serve with a few basil leaves chopped on top.
