Black olives (pitted)
1/4 clove
Garlic

Basil (fresh)

- Step 1
In a large pot of salted water, cook pasta according to pack instructions. - Step 2
Meanwhile, shell the pistachios. - Step 3
In a blender, add: pistachios, olives, degermed garlic, basil (keep 2 or 3 leaves for decoration), 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil per person, salt & pepper. - Step 4
Mix it all together - the consistency should remain grainy. - Step 5
Once the pasta is cooked through, drain and rinse with cold water. Add the olive & pistachio sauce mix well. - Step 6
Serve with a few basil leaves, if you have some left. Enjoy !
