- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Peel and finely chop the onions. - Step 2
Cook them in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Add salt, pepper, Provencal herbs, and capers. - Step 3
Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat, stirring often. - Step 4
Add a tablespoon of powdered sugar, mix and cook for 5 more minutes. - Step 5
Roll the pizza dough onto a baking sheet (and flatten onto the baking sheet if it's in a ball). Spread on the onion mixture. - Step 6
Then, place the strained anchovies on top and sprinkle with olives. Bake the tart for 15 minutes at 210°C. - Step 7
When the 15 minutes are up, take it out of the oven and enjoy! Or you can save it for later; it's delicious both hot and cold! Bon appetit!
