120 g
Green beans (frozen)
100 g
Cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp
Pesto

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. - Step 2
Fold the parchment paper in half. - Step 3
Add the string beans to the center of the folded parchment paper. Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. - Step 4
Add the salmon fillet on top and spread the pesto. Add the cherry tomatoes. - Step 5
Close the packets by folding over the edges. - Step 6
Place on a grill pan or baking tray and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C. - Step 7
Remove from the oven and serve with rice or pasta. Enjoy!
