  • Step 1
    In a salad bowl, add the semolina. Pour 75ml of cold water per person over the semolina. Cover and let swell for 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Wash then cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Step 3
    After 5 minutes, fluff the semolina using a fork.
  • Step 4
    Add to the salad bowl: semolina, tomatoes, chickpeas, arugula, crumbled feta, pesto, 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person. Salt, pepper and mix. It's ready !
