Broccoli (fresh)
80 g
Burrata

- Step 1
Boil water in a large pot. Add a pinch of salt. - Step 2
Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Slice the larger florets in half & the stem into small cubes. Add them to the boiling water & cook for 7-8 min, or until fork tender. - Step 3
While the broccoli is cooking, thin out the pesto with 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, salt and pepper. - Step 4
Once the broccoli is cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking. - Step 5
In a large bowl, mix the broccoli with the pesto and add the burrata (or mozzarella) in shreds. Let's eat!
