- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 240°C. Cut the tomatoes in half or quarters, depending on their size. - Step 2
Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking tray. Spread the pesto, leaving a small border around the edges. Top with the cherry tomatoes. - Step 3
Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 240°C. - Step 4
Once the crust is golden, remove the pizza from the oven & top with the fresh burrata cheese. Top with fresh basil & serve with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
