  • Step 1
    Place the onions, peeled carrots and grated garlic in the Digicook bowl and mix 5 sec / speed 5. Then scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula. Add a drizzle of olive oil and fry for 4 min / 120°C / speed 1.
  • Step 2
    If you have a fine colander, wash the quinoa to remove any bitterness. Put the vegetables in the bowl, add 1 cup of water/person, the tomato flesh and the quinoa, salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Cook for 20 min / 90°C / reverse direction / speed 1 (with measuring cup). Once the cooking is finished, adjust the seasoning according to taste. Serve the soup, add the crumbled feta cheese (optional: and parsley, if you have any). Enjoy!
