Apricots (dried)
50 g
Duck breast (cured)
15 g
Walnuts
1 slice
Country bread (sliced)
1/4 clove
Garlic

Cut the bread into large croutons. - Step 2
In a frying pan, add a dash of olive oil and the croutons. Grate the garlic on top. Brown for 4 minutes, stirring regularly. Set aside. - Step 3
Serve the salad with the apricots, nuts and dried duck prosciutto. Add the croutons and season to taste with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar of your choice. It's ready!
