Add the sliced pear and crumbled gorgonzola. - Step 4
Optional: add some chopped walnuts or hazelnuts. - Step 5
Season with pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. - Step 6
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. - Step 7
