Crush the Breton biscuits. - Step 2
Wash the pears and cut them into thin slices. - Step 3
Break the chocolate into squares. - Step 4
Heat the cream. Once the cream is boiling, turn off the heat, add the chocolate and stir using a whisk until it forms a smooth ganache. - Step 5
Add the yoghurt and the pears to a bowl, the ganache in a thin streaks on top and the crushed biscuits.
