Whole grain mustard

Apple cider vinegar

Salad (lamb's lettuce-arugula mix)

- Step 1
Wash the pears and cut them into slices. Remove the shell of the pistachios and chop. - Step 2
To make the dressing, mix the mustard, vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, salt & pepper. - Step 3
Add the lettuce, pears, crumbled blue cheese and pistachios to a bowl. Add the dressing and salt & pepper. Mix together and enjoy!
