  • Step 1
    Preheat your oven to 220°C. Cook the peas in a saucepan of hot water for 8 minutes. Drain once cooked.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl, add the eggs & crème fraîche. Season with salt & pepper and whisk together. * *Check out our tips for this step
  • Step 3
    Add in the cooked peas, mint & crumbled goat's cheese. Mix gently.
  • Step 4
    Grease an ovenproof dish (we used a 23 cm diameter dish here) & line it with a sheet of baking paper. Pour in the frittata mixture & bake for 20 minutes at 220°C.
  • Step 5
    Once golden & cooked, remove the frittata from the oven. Serve and enjoy !
