Crème fraîche

- Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C. Cook the peas in a saucepan of hot water for 8 minutes. Drain once cooked. - Step 2
In a bowl, add the eggs & crème fraîche. Season with salt & pepper and whisk together. - Step 3
Add in the cooked peas, mint & crumbled goat's cheese. Mix gently. - Step 4
Grease an ovenproof dish & line it with a sheet of baking paper. Pour in the frittata mixture & bake for 20 minutes at 220°C. - Step 5
Once golden & cooked, remove the frittata from the oven. Serve and enjoy !
