Pasta (penne)

80 g
Peas (fresh)

30 g
Goat cheese (log)

2 slices
Bacon

15 ml
Heavy cream

- Step 1
 In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Step 2
 After 2 min, add the peas to the pot with the pasta & continue cooking.
- Step 3
 Preheat the oven on broiler mode. Heat a pan & add the bacon strips. Cook for 2 min on each side.
- Step 4
 Drain the pasta and peas.
- Step 5
 Add the pasta & peas to an oven-proof dish (we used a 24 x 18 cm dish here). Pour the cream on top. Season with salt & pepper. Stir to combine.
- Step 6
 Add the bacon strips & the fresh goat's cheese in bits on top of the pasta*. Broil in the oven for 10 minutes. *Check out our tips for this step

 Serve hot with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
