Raw shrimp

Tomato sauce (basil)

Yellow onion
1/2 clove
Garlic

- Step 1
If needed, thaw the shrimp. Peel & finely dice the onions. - Step 2
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the pasta & keep warm. - Step 3
Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the shrimp & season with salt & pepper. Cook for 2-3 min on each side. Set aside & keep warm. - Step 4
In the same pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil, over medium heat. Add the onions & grated garlic. Sauté for 4-6 min, stirring. - Step 5
Add the tomato sauce into the pan with the onions. Continue cooking for 5-6 min, until the sauce is warm & has slightly thickened. - Step 6
Add the drained pasta & cooked shrimp to the pan. Cook for another 1-2 min, stirring to evenly coat. - Step 7
Serve the shrimp & tomato pasta in a plate. Garnish with fresh parsley & re-season to taste. Enjoy !
