Peas (fresh)

75 g
Pancetta (cubed)

20 ml
Heavy cream

2 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)

Mint (fresh)

- Step 1
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta & peas according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the pasta. Set aside & keep warm. - Step 2
Meanwhile, in a hot pan, add the bacon bits & grill for 5 mins over medium heat. - Step 3
Add the cream, parmesan, strained pasta & peas to the pan. Season with salt & pepper & mix well. - Step 4
Serve the paste with the peas & bacon. Top with chopped mint, if you have some & with parmesan. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
