Pancetta (cubed)
20 ml
Heavy cream
2 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)

- Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Add a pinch of salt, the pasta and peas. Cook according to the time on the packet. - Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the bacon lardons in a frying pan until they're golden. Add the cream and parmesan, strained pasta and peas. Season. - Step 3
If you have some, add chopped mint and mix well. Serve!
