  • Step 1
    Boil water and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
  • Step 2
    While the pasta is cooking, add the cilantro (leaves and stems), peeled garlic, almonds, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and 1.5 tablespoons olive oil + 1 tablespoon water per person. Mix thoroughly.
  • Step 3
    Drain the pasta and mix with the pesto. Enjoy hot or cold!
