- Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box. - Step 2
In a pan on high heat, add the sausage and grated garlic. - Step 3
Add salt & pepper and cook for 5 minutes. - Step 4
Add the canned tomatoes and mix, breaking up with a wooden spoon. Cook for 5 minutes. - Step 5
Add the basil, mix, and cook for an additional 2 minutes on low heat. - Step 6
Serve the ragu with the pasta and top with parmesan and fresh basil. Enjoy!
