  • Step 1
    In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box. Cook the peas for 8 minutes. (Time saver: cook the peas in the same pot as the pasta!)
  • Step 2
    While the pasta and peas are cooking, cut the artichokes in halves or quarters.
  • Step 3
    Drain the pasta and peas.
  • Step 4
    Add the pasta, peas, artichokes and pesto a bowl. Mix and add spoonfuls of ricotta on top. Serve and enjoy!
