  • Step 1
    Put the pasta in a large pot of boiling water and follow the cooking time as recommended on the packaging.
  • Step 2
    Chop the chicken into strips.
  • Step 3
    Cook the chicken on a high heat.
  • Step 4
    Peel and chop the garlic. Once the chicken is golden, add the garlic and cook for a few seconds.
  • Step 5
    Add in the cream and bring to the boil.
  • Step 6
    Lower the heat and add the parmesan, cook for 2 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Add the strained pasta and mix.
  • Step 8
    Serve with parmesan on top.
