Pasta Alfredo with Chicken

Pasta (tagliatelle dry)
100 g
Minced chicken (raw)
100 ml
Heavy cream
1/2 clove
Garlic
1 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)

- Step 1
Put the pasta in a large pot of boiling water and follow the cooking time as recommended on the packaging. - Step 2
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the chicken breast.* Season with salt & pepper & cook for 4-5 min on each side, until fully cooked & golden. *Check out our tips for this step - Step 3
Add the grated garlic et continue cooking for 1 min. - Step 4
Add in the cream and bring to the boil. - Step 5
Lower the heat and add the parmesan, cook for 2 minutes. - Step 6
Add the strained pasta and mix. - Step 7
Serve the pasta with the Alfredo sauce & the chicken. Season with a drizzle of olive oil & black pepper. Top with parmesan & enjoy !
