Pasta (tagliatelle dry)
20 g
Butter (unsalted)
50 ml
Heavy cream
1 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook fettuccine 2 minutes less than package directions - the pasta will be 'al dente'. Reserve a ladle of pasta cooking water per person before straining. Set pasta aside. - Step 2
Heat a pan over low heat. Add butter, heavy cream & reserved pasta water. Cook for 2 min or until the butter is fully melted. - Step 3
Add in the pasta & parmesan cheese. Stir & cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 min. - Step 4
Serve topped with additional parm & black pepper if desired. Enjoy !
