Pasta (tagliatelle dry)

Butter (unsalted)
45 ml
Heavy cream
10 g
Parmesan (grated)

- Step 1
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta accroding to package instructions. Once 'al dente', reserve a ladle of pasta cooking water & strain the pasta. - Step 2
In a hot pan, over low heat, add : the butter, heavy cream & reserved pasta water. Cook, stirring gently, until the butter has melted & the sauce is creamy. - Step 3
Add in the drained pasta & grated parmesan cheese. Stir & cook for 2-3 min, until the sauce has thickened. - Step 4
Serve the Alfredo pasta in a plate or a bowl, topped with additional parmesan & black pepper, if desired. Enjoy !
