Put the dried morels in a bowl of hot water to rehydrate. - Step 2
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta. - Step 3
In the same pot, add the crème fraîche and drained morels. Season and let the morels infuse for 2 minutes. - Step 4
Add the drained pappardelle and mix. - Step 5
