- Step 1
Rip or cut the bread slices into 1-2 inch pieces. In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, toast the bread and the diced garlic for 5-7 minutes, until the bread is nice and golden. Set aside. - Step 2
Cut the tomatoes in half. Cut the cucumber into pieces. Peel and dice the onion. - Step 3
In a large bowl, mix the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bread, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and vinegar per person, salt & pepper and mix. Add chopped basil. Enjoy!
