Drain the chickpeas. - Step 2
Peel and finely chop the onions. - Step 3
In a frying pan, add a splash of olive oil, the paprika and the onions. - Step 4
Cook for 2-3 minutes. - Step 5
Add the chickpeas, spinach and cook for 2 minutes - stirring on a medium heat adding a bit of water. - Step 6
Season and set to one side. - Step 7
In the same pan, add a drizzle of olive oil to the heat and cook the eggs according to your preferences. - Step 8
Serve the eggs on top of the vegetable mixture, add the crumbled feta on top, and a bit of olive oil. - Step 9
Eat with the pita bread and enjoy!
