Rice noodles

1/2 clove
Garlic

Soy sauce

Peanut butter

To make the sauce: Mix the juice of the lime, the peanut butter, and the soy sauce together in a small bowl. - Step 2
Optional: Add 1 teaspoon of sugar per portion. - Step 3
Mix with a whisk or fork until the peanut butter has dissolved. - Step 4
Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. - Step 5
Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced or grated garlic. - Step 6
Add the cooked shrimp and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat. - Step 7
When the rice noodles are done, drain them and add them to the pan, together with the sauce. - Step 8
Turn the heat to low and stir. - Step 9
Add the bean sprouts and sauté for another 1 to 2 minutes. - Step 10
Serve, topped with a few fresh cilantro leaves and some crushed peanuts — it's ready!
