Salmon (fresh)

Asparagus (fresh)

- Step 1
 If needed, thaw your salmon. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Clean & trim the tough bottom asparagus stalk. Cut in half.
- Step 2
 Line a sheet tray with parchment paper or foil. Arrange asparagus on the tray. Drizzle all over with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.
- Step 3
 Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked through, drain & set aside.
- Step 4
 Remove the sheet tray from the oven. Add the salmon and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Roast for an additional 10 minutes at 180°C.
- Step 5
 Serve the grilled salmon & grilled asparagus over a bed of fluffy rice. Add a squeeze of lemon & enjoy!
