Chicken thighs (bone-in, skin on)

Honey

1 tsp
Sriracha sauce

Corn flakes

1/4 tsp
Garlic powder

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Add cornflakes to a zip-lock bag & crush into small pieces. Empty into a small bowl. - Step 2
In another small bowl, add garlic powder, chili powder, salt & pepper. Mix it all together. - Step 3
In another small bowl, crack & beat the eggs. - Step 4
Coat the chicken with the garlic/chili powder mix. - Step 5
Dip the chicken into the egg. Shake off the excess. Coat the chicken with cornflakes & place on a parchment-lined sheet tray. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 220°C. - Step 6
Meanwhile, wash & cut the broccoli into florets. - Step 7
In a pot of salted, boiling water, add the broccoli florets. Boil for 5-6 min. Strain once cooked through. - Step 8
In a small bowl, combine honey & hot sauce. Mix well. - Step 9
Slice the chicken & serve alongside broccoli. Drizzle hot honey over top. Enjoy!
