Yellow onion

- Step 1
Peel the onions, cut them in half and mix 20 sec / speed 4, then fry for 6 min / 100°C / reverse / speed 1 with a knob of butter. (Optional: add 1 tablespoon of flour/per). Mix 10 sec / reverse / speed 3. - Step 2
Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive. Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur et programmez en mode reverse : 100°C / vitesse 1 / 6 minutes. - Step 3
Add 1 1/2 cups per person of chicken stock. (Optional: you can add a splash of white wine according to your taste). Simmer for 20 min / 100°C / reverse direction / speed 1. - Step 4
Place the bread on an ovenproof baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake on grill mode until the cheese is melted. Serve the soup in a bowl and place the bread toast on top. - Step 5
Serve the soup in bowls & add the grilled cheese toast on top. Enjoy !
