Yellow onion

Chicken bouillon (cube)

- Step 1
Peel the onions and cut them in half, then add them to the bowl, mix for 6 seconds/speed 4, then fry for 10 minutes/100°C/reverse mode/speed 1 with a knob of butter. - Step 2
(Optional: add 1 tablespoon of flour per person). Mix for 10 seconds/reverse direction/speed 3. - Step 3
Add 1 1/2 cups per person of chicken broth. (Optional: you can add a splash of white wine according to your taste). Simmer for 20 minutes/100°C/reverse direction/speed 1. - Step 4
Meanwhile, place the bread on an ovenproof baking sheet, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake on grill mode until the cheese is melted. - Step 5
Serve the soup in a bowl and place the toast on top.
