  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel and thinly slice the onion.
  • Step 2
    Slice the goat cheese into rounds.
  • Step 3
    Spread the puff pastry on a baking sheet and prick its surface with a fork.
  • Step 4
    Spread the fig jam on the pastry and top with the red onion.
  • Step 5
    Distribute the goat cheese rounds on top. Sprinkle with thyme and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Step 6
    Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C. Remove from the oven and serve with a side of salad. Enjoy !
