Pasta (pipe rigate)

10 ml
Milk (whole)

1 tbsp
Crème fraîche

30 g
Parmesan (grated)

1/4 clove

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked through, reserve a small ladle of cooking water before draining the pasta. - Step 2
Meanwhile, melt a knob of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the grated garlic & sauté for 1 min while stirring. - Step 3
Add the milk, 'crème fraîche' & grated parmesan to the pan. Mix & continue cooking for 1-2 min. - Step 4
Then add the pasta and mix it with the sauce and vegetables. - Step 5
Serve the pasta in a bowl & top with grated parmesan, if you have some left. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
