Gnocchi (skillet)

Bell pepper (assorted)
100 g
Cherry tomatoes
1/2
Shallot
1 tsp
Herbes de Provence

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash & cut the ends of the bell peppers. Slice them in half & discard the pips. Slice the peppers into small cubes. - Step 2
Wash & slice the cherry tomatoes in half. - Step 3
Peel & slice the shallots into thin rounds. - Step 4
On a baking dish lined with parchment paper, add : the gnocchi, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes & shallots. Add a bit of water or stock to the bottom of your dish & season with 'herbes de Provence', a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper*. Once the veggies & gnocchi are cooked through & golden, remove the dish from the oven & serve warm. Enjoy !
