- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix together the flour, eggs, baking powder, salt & pepper and mix. - Step 2
Add the olive oil and milk and mix to combine. - Step 3
Add the shredded cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and shredded (or chopped) mozzarella. Mix together using a spatula. - Step 4
Pour into a lightly greased (or lined with parchment paper) 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C. - Step 5
Serve as an appetizer or as a main dish with salad. Enjoy!
