Chicken nuggets (frozen)
50 g
Potatoes (baked/mashed)
200 g
Broccoli (fresh)
20 g
Butter (unsalted)

Stovetop, Pot (small), Frying pan, Colander

Peel & dice the potatoes. - Step 2
In a pot of salted boiling water, add the potatoes. Cook for 5 min, over medium heat. - Step 3
Meanwhile, wash & slice the broccoli into florets. Small dice the stem. - Step 4
Add the broccoli to the pot & continue cooking for another 10 min. - Step 5
Meanwhile, cook the nuggets according to package instructions. - Step 6
Once cooked through, drain the potatoes & broccoli. Add a dab of butter, salt & pepper. Using a fork or potato masher, mash the veggies. - Step 7
Serve the crispy nuggets alongside the broccoli mash. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
