    Put the rice in a large pot of boiling water and follow the cooking time as recommended on the packaging.
  • Step 2
    Coupez les champignons en tranches.
  • Step 3
    Dans une poêle chaude, ajoutez un filet d'huile et faites cuire les champignons pendant 5 minutes.

    Après 5 minutes de cuisson, ajoutez les escalopes et faites-les cuire 2 minutes de chaque côté.
