Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the green beans for 7 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Plunge the green beans in cold water to stop the cooking and drain well. - Step 2
Cut the nectarines into quarters and cut the almonds in half lengthwise. - Step 3
Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Add a drizzle of olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Optional: Add a few fresh parsley leaves. Mix and serve!
