Cured ham

Arugula

Balsamic glaze

Wash and quarter the nectarine. - Step 2
Remove the avocado peel and pit and cut the flesh into cubes. - Step 3
Arrange the arugula, nectarine and avocado in a shallow bowl and top with the mozzarella and cured ham (or prosciutto), torn into bite-size pieces. - Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar) and season with salt and pepper.
