  • Step 1
    Wash and quarter the nectarine.
  • Step 2
    Remove the avocado peel and pit and cut the flesh into cubes.
  • Step 3
    Arrange the arugula, nectarine and avocado in a shallow bowl and top with the mozzarella and cured ham (or prosciutto), torn into bite-size pieces.
  • Step 4
    Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar) and season with salt and pepper.
