Flour tortilla (medium)

Mimolette cheese
1/4 clove
Garlic
100 g
White mushrooms (whole)
2 tbsp
Crème fraîche

1/10 bunch
Parsley (fresh)

Cut the mushrooms into slices. - Step 2
In a hot pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and the minced garlic. Add the mushrooms and let brown 5 minutes. - Step 3
Grate the cheddar. Alternative: Use shredded cheddar cheese. - Step 4
Top the tortilla with half of the sour cream, mushrooms, cheddar and a little parsley (if you have any). Close the quesadilla. - Step 5
Fry the quesadillas for two minutes on each side until the cheese is melted. - Step 6
Cut the quesadilla in parts and serve. Enjoy!
