Pasta (spaghetti)

White mushrooms (whole)
1/2 clove
Garlic

- Step 1
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. - Step 2
Meanwhile, wash and cut the mushrooms into slices. - Step 3
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Add the mushrooms and grated garlic. Add salt and pepper and brown for 5 minutes over high heat. Reserve. - Step 4
Once the pasta is cooked, take a ladle of cooking water per person, then drain the pasta. - Step 5
Heat a knob of butter and a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Add the escalope and brown it for 3 minutes on each side, over medium heat, until it is nicely grilled. Reserve. - Step 6
Reduce the heat to low, then add the crème fraîche, grated parmesan and pasta cooking water. Salt, pepper and mix until you obtain a creamy sauce. - Step 7
Add the pasta to the pan with the mushroom sauce and mix well. - Step 8
Cut the Milanese escalope into slices if desired and serve with the mushroom cream pasta. Add a little grated parmesan, if you have any left. It's ready !
