Buckwheat galette
1 slice
Ham (deli slices)
2 pinches
Shredded cheese
80 g
White mushrooms (whole)

Egg

- Step 1
If using, peel & finely mince the shallots. - Step 2
Wash & slice the mushrooms into thin slices. - Step 3
Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over high heat. Add the shallots & sauté for 2-3 min, stirring. - Step 4
Add the mushrooms to the pan & continue cooking for another 5-6 min, until all the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated. Season with salt & pepper. Remove from the heat & set aside. - Step 5
In the same pan, melt another dab of butter. Add the buckwheat galette. - Step 6
Crack the egg delicately onto the galette & sprinkle over with grated cheese. Add the ham torn into pieces, followed by the sautéed mushrooms. - Step 7
Cook for 3 min, over medium heat, then fold the edges of the galette into the center of the pan & enjoy !
