White mushrooms (whole)

Pizza crust

1 tbsp
Crème fraîche

50 g
Ricotta cheese

1/2 handful
Arugula

1/4 clove

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 240°C. Thinly slice the mushrooms. - Step 2
Mix together the crème fraîche and the grated (or finely diced) garlic in a small bowl. Season with a little bit of salt & pepper. - Step 3
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray. Spread the crème fraîche and garlic mixture, leaving a small border around the edges. - Step 4
Add the sliced mushrooms and a drizzle of olive oil. - Step 5
Bake the pizza for 10 minutes or until golden brown. - Step 6
Remove the pizza from the oven. - Step 7
Add the ricotta and arugula. Enjoy!
