White mushrooms (whole)

- Step 1
Wash and roughly chop the mushrooms. Mince the garlic and shallots. - Step 2
Cook the shallots and garlic for 2 minutes in a large pan with a bit of olive oil or butter. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until they're golden. Season. - Step 3
Add enough water to cover the mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the parmesan and mix everything in the blender. You can add a bit of cream for a more indulgent taste. Serve! - Step 4
Ajoutez le parmesan puis mixez le tout. Vous pouvez ajouter un filet de crème si vous en avez pour un peu plus de gourmandise. C'est prêt !
