Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the nuggets in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C. - Step 2
Meanwhile, peel and cut the shallot into thin strips. - Step 3
Once the nuggets are golden brown, remove the dish from the oven. - Step 4
If desired, cut the mini brioche burgers in half, then spread mayonnaise on the base. Add the nuggets, shallot slices, and lettuce. Spread mayonnaise on the other bun, then close the burger. It's ready!
