Crème fraîche

Warm the blini in a pan until soft and golden. - Step 2
Spread each blini with crème fraîche and top with a small slice of smoked salmon and the zest and juice of the lemon. Season with a little pepper. (Optional: Add some chives or dill on top if you have some!) Enjoy!
