recipe

  • Step 1
In a bowl, add the chicken and half of the Mexican spice mix. Season with salt and pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well to coat the chicken with the spices.
  • Step 2
Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the burger buns, crumb side down, and toast them for 1 to 2 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Step 3
In the same skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and brown for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Cover and continue cooking for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
Meanwhile, wash and cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  • Step 5
Peel and finely slice the red onions.
  • Step 6
Prepare the guacamole. In a bowl, add the avocado and mash it with a fork. Then add the red onions and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and add the remaining Mexican spice mix. Mix.
  • Step 7
Top your burger buns with guacamole. Add the salad, then the chicken. Close the burger and enjoy immediately. It's ready!
