Peel and chop the onion. - Step 2
Slice the beef into thin strips. - Step 3
In a salad bowl, add the chopped beef, half the quantity of spices, a bit of olive oil and season. Mix and leave to chill while you complete the next steps. - Step 4
In a hot pan, add a bit of olive oil and fry the onions for 1 to 2 minutes. - Step 5
Add the tomatoes, the rest of the spices and stock cube. Mix well. - Step 6
Add the marinated beef and cook for 5 minutes. - Step 7
Strain and rinse the beans, and add them to the pot - cook for 3 minutes. - Step 8
