- Step 1
Peel & finely dice the onions. - Step 2
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the onions & the Mexican spice blend. Season with salt & pepper. Sauté for 4-5 min, stirring. - Step 3
Add the crushed tomatoes & crumbled stock cube. Stir & continue cooking for another min. - Step 4
Add the ground beef. Season with pepper & cook 3-4 min, stirring to break down the minced meat. - Step 5
Add the drained kidney beans. Stir & continue cooking for another 2-3 min. - Step 6
Garnish the tortillas wraps with the Mexican-style beef. Top with fresh cilantro & re-season to taste. Enjoy !
