    Peel and chop the onion.
  • Step 2
    Slice the beef into thin strips.
  • Step 3
    In a salad bowl, add the chopped beef, half the quantity of spices, a bit of olive oil and season. Mix and leave to chill while you complete the next steps.

    In a hot pan, add a bit of olive oil and fry the onions for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Add the tomatoes, the rest of the spices and stock cube. Mix well.
