  • Step 1
    Finely chop half the basil.
  • Step 2
    Put the basil in a bowl. Add a teaspoon of olive oil per person and mix.
  • Step 3
    Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds and make small balls using a melon baller or cut in cubes.
  • Step 4
    Slide the melon, ham, mozzarella balls and remaining basil leaves on to skewers.
  • Step 5
    Spoon on the basil oil. Serve!
