  • Step 1
    In a bowl, mix: the ricotta cheese, salt, pepper and 1 spoonful of olive oil/person.
  • Step 2
    Cut the melon in half, empty the seeds with a spoon. Peel it with a knife, then slice it into thin strips: the thinner, the better ;)
  • Step 3
    Spread the ricotta on the bottom of a plate.
  • Step 4
    Add the melon slices on top and arrange them nicely.
  • Step 5
    Add the ham torn into pieces on top, a few basil leaves, salt, pepper, a drizzle of olive oil.
